Terms of service for TidyBlueprint
Last updated: September 4, 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms form the agreement between you and MLJ, SASU, publisher of TidyBlueprint, for your use of this website and of the TidyBlueprint application. By creating an account, submitting the request form or using the software, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and of the business you represent. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.
2. What the service is
TidyBlueprint is a web based tool for professional home organizing businesses. It allows you to break a residential project into zones, record measurements, photographs, category inventories and difficulty ratings for each zone, generate labor hour estimates and container product lists from your own rates and catalog, assemble those zones into a client proposal that can be signed and deposited against, schedule organizers into dated work sessions, and store paired before and after records. The service is decision support software. It does not perform organizing work, it does not employ your staff, and it does not guarantee the accuracy of any estimate it produces.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years old and operating a business to hold an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account details you give us, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything done under your account, including by the organizer seats you invite. Tell us promptly at jimenezjulien42@gmail.com if you believe an account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, non payment or a breach of section 4.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to store or transmit unlawful material, to upload photographs of a home without the permission of the person who lives in it, to attempt to access another customer's data, to probe or interfere with the security of the platform, to resell access to organizer seats to unrelated businesses, or to scrape the interface by automated means outside the documented interface. You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern your own trade, including consumer contract rules in the states where you sell.
5. Subscriptions and billing
The service is sold on three monthly plans in United States dollars: Solo Organizer at $29 per month, Small Team at $69 per month and Organizing Company at $139 per month. The price shown on the pricing section of the home page is the price charged. Subscriptions are billed in advance on the day of the month you subscribed, by the payment method on file, and renew automatically for a further month until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added where required. If a charge fails we will retry and contact you before any suspension. We may change plan pricing with at least thirty days written notice, and a change never applies to a month you have already paid for.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month, and you keep full access until then. We do not pro rate partial months. After cancellation your account remains readable for ninety days so you can export project records, proposals and photograph sets, after which the data is deleted. If the service was materially unavailable for an extended period during a month you paid for, write to us and we will credit that month.
7. Your data
Everything you put into TidyBlueprint remains yours: client records, measurements, container catalogs, rates, proposals and photographs. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, back up, display and process that content so the service can function for you. We do not use your project content to train models, we do not sell it, and we do not show it to anyone outside the seats on your account unless you ask us to. Export tools are available on every plan. The handling of personal data collected through this website is described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and support
We aim for a monthly availability of 99.5 percent, excluding maintenance announced at least forty eight hours in advance. Maintenance is scheduled outside United States business hours wherever possible, because organizers open the app early. Support is provided by email on every plan, with next business day response, and by telephone on the Small Team and Organizing Company plans. We do not promise uninterrupted or error free operation.
9. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Hour models, container suggestions and pricing outputs are estimates derived from the data you enter and from historical patterns. You are the professional. You review, adjust and stand behind every quote you issue to your clients.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service in any twelve month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity, or loss of data where you had the ability to export it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MLJ, SASU against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, from content you uploaded without the necessary permission, or from a dispute between you and one of your own clients about the work you quoted or performed.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to the law. Material changes are notified by email to the account address at least thirty days before they take effect, and the updated date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the revised terms. If you do not, cancel before the effective date and the previous terms govern your final month.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your place of residence, where they apply, are unaffected.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms, about billing or about an account should go to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com. Company registration details are published on the legal notice page.
