Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data described here is MLJ, SASU, publisher of TidyBlueprint, registered in Paris under SIREN 934 769 837. What the contact form collects

This website has exactly one place where you can send us information: the request form on the home page. When you submit it, we receive the values you typed into these fields, and nothing else:

• name, your full name
• email, the work email address you want a reply sent to
• company, the name of your organizing business
• role, the role you selected from the list
• request, whether you want a demo, early access or a quote
• size, how many organizers work in homes each week
• message, the free text you wrote about your quoting time
• consent, the record that you ticked the consent box
• bot-field, a hidden anti spam field that a human never fills in

Two hidden values travel with the submission for routing: a subject line identifying the site, and the recipient address of the person who answers. The form does not ask for a postal address, a telephone number, payment details or any client information belonging to the households you work in. Please do not paste client names, addresses or photographs into the message box.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

We use what you send for one purpose: to answer your request and, if you ask for one, to arrange and hold a walkthrough of the software. Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, the legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, together with our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us. We do not use form submissions to build advertising audiences, we do not sell or rent them, and we do not enrich them with data bought from third parties. You will not be added to a marketing list unless you explicitly ask us to send you product news.

Who processes and stores submissions

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms, and a notification is emailed to the address above. Netlify acts as our processor for that storage and delivery. Netlify also records standard server request logs, including truncated IP addresses, for security and abuse prevention. We do not run Google Analytics or any other third party analytics product on this site, we set no advertising cookies, and there is no tracking pixel on any page. The only cookies that may exist are those Netlify sets for basic security of the hosting platform.

How long submissions are kept

Enquiries are kept for twenty four months from the date of your last message to us, so that we can pick up a conversation that pauses and resumes, and then deleted from the form store and from the mailbox. If you become a customer, the correspondence attached to your account is kept for the life of the account and for three years afterwards for accounting and contractual evidence. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will do so within thirty days unless we are required to keep it by law.

Your rights

Whatever your location, you may ask us to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Virginia have state privacy rights that include the right to know what personal information is collected and disclosed, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to a copy of your data in a portable form, and the right to opt out of sale or of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information and we do not conduct targeted advertising, so no opt out is needed, but the request will be honored and confirmed in writing if you make one. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which in France is the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertes.

To exercise any right, write to jimenezjulien42@gmail.com with enough detail for us to find your record, normally the email address you used on the form. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge for a reasonable request. We may ask one clarifying question to confirm your identity before acting on a deletion request.

Children

TidyBlueprint is a business tool sold to professional organizers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, write to us and we will delete it promptly.

International transfers

The publisher is established in France and the hosting provider is established in the United States, so information you send may be transferred to and stored in the United States. Where personal data of individuals protected by the GDPR is transferred, it is covered by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and included in our processor agreement with Netlify. We keep the volume of transferred data to what is strictly needed to answer you.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Access to form submissions is limited to the publication director and, where a support ticket requires it, to a named member of the team, each with a separate account and multi factor authentication. Customer project data inside the application, including client photographs, is encrypted at rest, is never used to train models, and is never published without a written release from the account holder.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how we use what you sent us, the updated date at the top of this page changes and, where the change is significant, we email people whose enquiries are still on file. Earlier versions are available on request.
